th77 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on th77, accessing any page of the th77 website at th77.io, placing a bet, playing a casino game, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand them fully.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are using the Platform of your own free will and are not acting under duress, misrepresentation, or undue influence.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account or use the th77 Platform. th77 operates a strict 21+ age policy without exception. If you are under the age of 21, you are prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or accessing any gambling feature on the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The th77 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and at the time of each betting or gaming transaction. th77 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one th77 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact th77 support at [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Current and former employees of th77, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, and any third-party suppliers or service providers directly involved in the operation of the Platform are not eligible to register player accounts or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of th77 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

th77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or at any point where the Platform deems verification necessary. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A valid passport
• A valid driver's licence
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name)

th77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time period following a verification request may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. th77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify th77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or primary payment method — you must update your account or notify th77 support promptly. th77 will not be liable for failed communications, failed payments, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

th77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. th77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are set at the account level and displayed within the cashier section of your account. th77 reserves the right to apply enhanced deposit limits to accounts under review or as a responsible gaming measure.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to standard security checks. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the th77 account. th77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the th77 Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or longer. th77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the available account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the th77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, league, or game, as published within the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game or sports rules, the specific rules will take precedence.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

th77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued to the player. Bets submitted during technical outages, server disruptions, or periods of obvious pricing errors may be voided by th77 without liability.

5.3 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or stakes that are the result of an obvious error, typographical mistake, or technical malfunction, th77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated from such erroneous bets will not be paid out. th77 will determine what constitutes an obvious error at its reasonable discretion.

5.4 Casino Games

All casino games available on the th77 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") that has been independently tested for fairness. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by th77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific bonus terms form part of these general Terms and must be read together with them. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of that period will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

th77 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements; using automated software to participate in promotions; and colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures. th77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

th77 reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all players. th77 may exclude any player from any promotion without obligation to provide a reason. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions; it is the player's responsibility to check the promotions page of the Platform regularly.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the th77 Platform, including but not limited to the th77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content provided under licence from third-party studios, user interface elements, and all other materials, is the property of th77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of th77 or the relevant rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, th77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays in the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment providers, or other service suppliers

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit th77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by th77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

th77 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at th77.io/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. th77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are necessary for the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by th77

th77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity; or where continued operation of the account would expose th77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your th77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests to close an account will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable rules. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

th77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, th77 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will post a notice on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than 14 days following the publication of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through appropriate legal channels.
